VICTIG’s Support Team Representatives create relationships with potential and existing customers. In this position you will creatively problem solve, use strong judgement, and manage and prioritize workloads, while providing customer support to Client and Applicants.

 

What will you be doing every day?

● Answer Customer calls and emails throughout the day

● Assist Applicants via phone call or email

● Perform manual Court Record Checks

● Adjudicate Background Reports

 

Requirements

● Must be able to communicate clearly. You will be writing emails and talking on the phone every day. If that’s challenging for you, this will not be a good fit.

● Have a desire to improve. Some of what we do is complicated, you cannot know everything at once, but that’s okay! We just need you to want to learn and get better continually.

● You absolutely need to be self-motivated. Our goal is for you to succeed with us. We’re not looking for people to micromanage. We need people who want to work hard, have the desire to grow and learn more, and want to have the freedom to kick butt in whatever ways you find effective.

● Must be willing to work full-time and in office

● Must be able to pass a background check
